1. SALES CONDITIONS

1.1. This website is operated by Roland Ottó Popa. Products purchased on the rideshinestore.com website are sold by Roland Ottó Popa sole proprietor (hereinafter: “rideshinestore.com”), with its registered address at 2040 Budaörs, Kisfaludy utca 33/1.

1.2. These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: “GTC”) govern access to and use of the rideshinestore.com website. By using the rideshinestore.com webshop, you accept all the conditions set out in this policy. By visiting our webshop and/or making a purchase, you agree that the GTC detailed below are binding upon you. Please read these Terms carefully before using our webshop.

1.3. Before finalizing your order, you must explicitly declare — by ticking the “checkbox” — that you have read, understood, and accepted these GTC as binding.

1.4. These Terms apply to all users of the website, including without limitation browsers, suppliers, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

1.5. Any new functionality or tool added to the current webshop shall also be subject to these Terms. The latest version of the Terms can be viewed at any time on rideshinestore.com. We reserve the right to modify or supplement these Terms at any time by publishing the changes on our webshop.

1.6. These General Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Hungary in force at any given time.

2. PRODUCTS SOLD IN THE WEBSHOP

2.1. Products available on rideshinestore.com are marked with the “RDSHN” trademark.

2.2. rideshinestore.com does not sell used, defective, or substandard products.

2.3. The main features of each product are displayed on the respective product page. The images and colors of products shown on the website may differ from the actual product colors due to your browser or device settings.

2.4. Further information about clothing sizing can be found under the “Size chart” menu. The sizes shown in the webshop are indicative and may not perfectly match the precise dimensions of the actual product. Actual sizes may vary depending on materials, but we strive to provide accurate information.

3. PRICING RULES

3.1. Prices displayed on the website are expressed in the applicable currency (currently Hungarian Forint, which may expand in the future) and include all legally required taxes, particularly VAT, unless you select a non-EU country where VAT is not applicable. In Hungary, consumer protection laws require prices to be displayed in forints, not including delivery charges.

3.2. All prices and offers are valid for the period advertised.

3.3. In the event of force majeure or a system error causing prices to deviate significantly from reality, we reserve the right to withdraw from the contract. In such a case, any amount paid will be refunded and you will be notified electronically.

3.4. We reserve the right to change prices or withdraw offers at any time without notice. We are not liable for such changes. Price changes do not affect orders already accepted and confirmed.

3.5. If your credit/debit card uses a different currency than the transaction currency (HUF), the final price will be calculated by your payment provider at the exchange rate applied on that day. Any currency conversion fee is your responsibility.

3.6. Shipping cost depends on product weight and size. Delivery fees are determined by the courier service’s pricing system. Your shipping cost will be automatically calculated and added to your final order amount.

4. REGISTRATION AND PURCHASE ELIGIBILITY

4.1. To make a purchase, you must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information: name, phone number, email, billing and shipping address, and payment details. You must confirm that the billing information is valid and belongs to you.

4.2. You may shop with or without creating an account. If your registration details change, please update them in the “My Account” section. You must store your password securely. If you notice any unauthorized use of your account, notify RDSHN at info@rideshinestore.com.

4.3. Information regarding the handling of your personal data is available under the “Privacy Policy” menu.

5. YOUR USER ACCOUNT

5.1. By using our website, you are responsible for keeping your account and password confidential and for restricting access to your computer. You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account, including:
5.1.1. secure use of activation codes and passwords;
5.1.2. use of your rideshinestore.com account;
5.1.3. promptly informing rideshinestore.com if a password must be deactivated.

5.2. You grant rideshinestore.com and any party involved in operating the website the right to process and store your information for website operation purposes. Under age 18, the site may only be used with parental or guardian supervision. rideshinestore.com may terminate accounts or cancel orders at any time.

6. ORDERS

6.1. All orders are subject to acceptance. Items placed in your cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

6.2. Before ordering, please measure yourself and compare your measurements with our size chart. If unsure, contact us at info@rideshinestore.com. Incorrect size selection is your responsibility, but you may exercise your 14-day withdrawal right.

6.3. We reserve the right to refuse any order. If we modify or cancel an order, we will notify you at the contact details provided.

6.4. Occasionally, the website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions regarding descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping times, or availability. We may correct errors or cancel orders affected by them. If changes materially affect your order, you will be notified and may withdraw from the contract.

7. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

7.1. After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation email. By placing an order and receiving confirmation, you incur a payment obligation.

7.2. Your order is considered accepted once you receive an email confirming availability and shipment.

7.3. We may refuse orders if the product cannot be shipped or is not available in sellable condition.

8. PAYMENT METHODS

8.1. Payments can be made by Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Apple Pay, or cash on delivery. Couriers accept cash or card at no extra fee.

8.2. By submitting payment details, you confirm ownership or authorization to use the card. All cardholders are subject to authorization. If authorization fails, we may refuse the order.

8.3. All card transactions are processed using a secure encrypted payment gateway.

8.4. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access to your data by third parties during website use.

8.5. Cash payment is only available upon home delivery.

9. INVOICING

9.1. After payment and fulfillment, an electronic invoice will be sent to your email. Accepting the GTC constitutes consent to electronic invoicing.

9.2. The electronic invoice is a legally valid accounting document and must be stored electronically under applicable laws.

9.3. The invoice complies with Hungarian tax legislation.

10. DELIVERY

10.1. We strive to process orders as fast as possible.

10.2. Standard delivery time is 5–7 business days. If delivery is not made within 30 days, you may withdraw from the contract.

10.3. Delivery is available throughout Hungary.

10.4. Delivery is performed by Magyar Posta Zrt. or a designated courier service.

11. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

11.1. If you are not satisfied, you may return products within 14 days without explanation, in accordance with Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.).

11.2. Returns must be sent to: 2040 Budaörs, Kisfaludy utca 33/1.

11.3. Conditions for exercising the return right:
– product unused except for trying on;
– tags not removed;
– proof of purchase included;
– returned in original, undamaged packaging;
– return initiated within 14 days of receipt;
– product shipped within 14 days of approval.

11.4. If all conditions are met, the product will be exchanged or refunded. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

11.5. If conditions are not met, we will notify you and return the product in its received condition.

11.6. In case of returns, we refund the full order value including delivery cost. Return shipping is not reimbursed.

11.7. In case of defective products, contact us immediately at info@rideshinestore.com.

11.8–11.10. rideshinestore.com may withdraw from the contract if payment is not made on time, the order is not collected within 5 business days, or incorrect contact data prevents delivery.

12. REFUND PROCESS

12.1. Refunds begin after verifying that the returned product meets all requirements. You will receive an acceptance email. Refunds are processed within 14 days.

12.2. Refunds are made by bank transfer to the account provided.

14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

14.1. All content on the website—RDSHN designs, artworks, photos, videos, documents, drawings, logos—is the property of rideshinestore.com and protected by national and international copyright laws. Content may not be copied, distributed, displayed, modified, or used without express written permission.

15. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

15.1–15.4. You use the webshop at your own risk. Due to the nature of internet services, uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed. rideshinestore.com is not liable for damages arising from website use. Users are responsible for the protection of their own devices and data.

16. CONSUMER DISPUTES

16.1–16.5. Consumer disputes may be submitted to the competent Conciliation Board. Further information is available at https://bekeltetes.hu. The official language of proceedings is Hungarian. Legal action may also be taken in court.

17. GENERAL INFORMATION

17.1. Partial invalidity of these Terms does not affect the validity of other provisions.

17.2. Contracts concluded under these Terms are not considered written contracts but are stored by rideshinestore.com.
