SHIPPING POLICY
1. WITHDRAWAL FROM THE ORDER
1.1.
You have the right to return your order within 14 days from the date of receipt, without providing any justification (right of withdrawal). This means that the return process may be initiated within 14 days of receiving the goods.
1.2.
For the return to be valid, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it:
2.1.1. the products must not have been used, worn (except for trying on), washed, altered, or damaged;
2.1.2. the disposable identification/tag must not have been removed from the products;
2.1.3. the products must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging;
2.1.4. the return process must be initiated within 14 days from the documented date of receipt;
2.1.5. the product must be handed over to the postal service or courier within 14 days from the acceptance of your return request;
2.1.6. a receipt or other proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@rideshinestore.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the address specified in advance in the General Terms and Conditions.
In your email, include your name, address, order ID, and—if available—attach proof of purchase, as well as your bank account number. These details are processed exclusively in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
1.4.
If we accept your return request, we will send you specific instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. We may only reject return requests if the conditions defined in this policy and in the General Terms and Conditions are not met.

2. DAMAGES AND ISSUES
2.1.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@rideshinestore.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can examine the issue and resolve it.
2.2.

3. EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
3.1.
Certain types of items cannot be returned—for example, custom-made items (special or personalized orders), underwear and swimwear for hygiene reasons, and clearance items.
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Please contact us if you have questions or concerns regarding a specific item.
3.2.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for discounted items or gift cards.
4. REFUND OF RETURNED ITEMS
4.1.
If you meet all the conditions listed above and return the items within the specified deadline, we will either exchange the product or refund its value, according to your request. Please indicate your chosen warranty claim when initiating the return.
4.2.
Refunds are issued by the webshop operator, Roland Ottó Popa, sole proprietor, via bank transfer to the account number you provide. Regardless of the original payment method, the refund will be completed within 14 days from the date we receive the returned item. Refunds are always issued by bank transfer.
4.3.
Returning the products is the customer’s responsibility, and return shipping costs are borne by you. You are responsible for the product in transit, including any damage or loss during return shipping.
4.4.
Please note that in case of returns, www.rideshinestore.com refunds the full value of your order, including the original delivery fee. However, the cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.
4.5.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the original product and, once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately. Therefore, we generally recommend requesting a refund.
